Good morning
I have a problem with the hardness of the RA and DEC axes?of my EM10 Temma 2 Junior .?I have a hard time being able to counterbalance.?Could someone tell me if it may be fat problem or maybe another problem?

Has someone opened it and carried out this maintenance and would you know how to guide me?
