FYI - the USB socket is on the rear of the Sport-EX making it hard to get to. I use a small USB hub to provide access just below the panel (this is in a C182A) like this:

If you have a thumb drive in the Sport-EX when you turn it on, it will write all the data to the drive when you turn it off. It writes two sets of data - several DEMO000xx.LOG files and one GRT FDL
