Update:
I added groups.io as a Moderator to Yahoo Sunfish_Sailor, so that means they can start moving things over. Could take several days to weeks as they are inundated with requests since the big Yahoo announcement. I was surprised to get their request so fast to be added to the Yahoo Group, maybe the next steps are scripted and will happen quick. They are down for a few hours tonight for a needed update. Kent |

1. We are in the Transfer Queue, could be hours or weeks.?
2. I currently locked uploading Files and Photos for Subscribers so that efforts to move that data from Yahoo Sunfish_Sailor is not duplicated with groups.io, and concerns that those duplicate files would confuse the transfer process. I paid for the Premium Service to do that for us, and as far as I know we should get the Files, Photos and Conversations moved over, plus a few other things that no one ever used like Databases and Polls. 3. If you want to post NEW Files and Photos, give it a shot! I'll approve them when I put down the sander and wander by to check email.....sander and wander....why aren't they pronounced the same....anyway, back to the message. The Photos and Files are the things that make this repository a really useful engine, like Thomas. 4. Also if you post a message and don't see it come up right away, please be patient. The message approval right now is set to every Subscriber being moderated until they post one message. Once I see that the message it is not a spambot, I approve it and then the Subscriber is automatically unmoderated. BreezeBender and Tom are unmoderated now, risky move, I know. Yes, thanks for asking, but so so far it is $10/month. I checked with Skipper and she says we can handle that, although I might have to cut back on buying old Alcort magazine ads...the duplicates anyway.? Oh, everyone can buy a copy of The Sunfish Owners Manual (see link below). All the photos are over, I weeded out fuzzy photos, many duplicates, and boats that wern't Fish, Alcort/AMF or clonefish.
