I have found the lengths for the mast and spars, but does anyone know
the diameter?

I get these dimensions off my '79 Fish:

Mast 2.25"

Spars 1.50"


At this point I can only guess that the wall thickness is around .065" and
the material is something like 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. I think you'll
need to consult a mast builder or metals expert to verify strength for the
application. Maybe Vanguard would give you the information. Give 'em a try -
who knows?

If you find out post a message, we'll put it on the specs sheet in the FILES
area.
