Mechanic in Sacramento?

 

Hello There,
I'm looking for a mechanic in the Sacramento that works on subie conversions. I have a 85 westy with a rebuilt 91 ej22. I need it tuned to pass smog. I pass on the 25mph test but am failing the low rpm test.

This guy has his own conversion using an Audi engine but he works on Subby conversions as well--many years of experience.?
