Westy. My daily ride, a 95 Legacy,is having some transmission problems. In your searches for a Legacy engines, does anyone know of good source for 95 Legacy 5-speeds? A source in the Midwest would be a big help! Thanks in advance for your help! Regards, Greg |

开云体育Jim,
?
I
noticed your suggestion about using one of the Japanese engine importers for the
needed tranny.? Can you post the contact info for a few of them you feel
are reputable?? Do you also know importers for German parts?? I'm
looking into contacts for Porsche trannies as I look into the possibility of
mating one to a six cylinder Subaru motor for my Vanagon.

I believe the only weak point of Legacys is the trans, especially the auto.
