For the first issue - I’ll update my instructions to explain the ?PayPal steps better.?
For the second issue - I accepted personal donations for several years and found out that it was more difficult to track and maintain funds (keeping track of your money) during the year. Besides, there was always that temptation to abscond with the 200 something bucks and live another year in Mexico!! ?So no donations accepted to my personal PayPal, sorry.?
