10K end gear set up

I’m picking up a 1980s vintage 10k with quick change. The end gears have been set up for metric. Is there a schematic for setting it up standard setting again. I have gears that came with it but I’m not sure which to use.?

thanks?
Dave

It could be that it actually has a metric lead screw and gear box. In that case cutting inch threads is much like cutting metric threads on an inch lathe and cross slide and compound will be in mm., thread dial is different etc.

If you do have a metric lathe you can likely find somebody who really wants it and work out a favorable trade. They're relatively uncommon.

No plate on my under mount, only a lube plate on the outside of the gear cover.?

Dave, do you still need help? I can go count my gears if needed.?

Payson.?
