"legal" copies are non existant - since the product is officially withdrawn from sale.

On the other hand, it is possible to obtain an install disc image that may be used legally
IF you are reinstalling XP and have the original licence key.

Mine was a NOS OEM Install Disc with a licence sticker included - pure happenstance.

XP is great, but I prefer 7. Mind you, I only just managed to get a hold of an

the extra RAM.

Having said that, I have seen XP with some of the useful bits of 7 grafted in.

I have been trying to reinstall some of my legal copies of Windows XP with no luck. I would be very interested in finding out where I can get a legal copy of XP-64 that will actually install.

Since the death of the site's owner, maintenance tends to happen at some creative times.

Let me cripple check this, as I may have one site confused for another.

I type corrected.
Chad, the owner of harry potter fanfic archives passed on 27th March.
I was thinking of this site, a story I followed just updated, then came here reading this thread and projected one site for the other.

Sunset over Britan is by Bobmin.

Debby

Indeed it is.
It is, afaik, only available on fanficauthors.net, which is coded, maintained and hosted by Jeconais. Last I heard, Tim had challenges in his life and was not doing anything in the fanfic world at this point.
