looking for a story i read ages ago but now cant find or remember the title. Its got both harry and severus in it its based at i think price manor. there is a ghost out the back of the manor warding anyone from going deeper onto the grounds. an ancestor of severus' was making really bad mutations, the building was powered by high elfs and there was a basilisk that they learned from
thats all i can remember please can anyone help???

Thanks as always.
One reason why I ask is, for me personally, there is no universe where the idea of Harry having a sexual relationship with Severus is ever going to be reasonable..that is just me, of course.
seems like a wonderful story idea messed up by such a needless inclusion.

I just read the first three chapters, which is all I'm going to read. A year after he won, and two days before his wedding to Ginny, the goblins get Harry's minders out of the way so that Harry can visit Gringotts, where the friendly goblins determine that he's under the influence of compulsions and love potions, and that he's been kept isolated from Gringotts and his heritage, and stolen from (in a major way) by Dumbledore, Molly, Ginny, and Ron. Dead-but-amoral-well-meaning Voldemort named him heir in his will, and left a letter telling him of his quest to rid the world of the Albus "the real evil" Dumbledore and his partner, Flamel.

I don't mind a bashing story, nor do I mind subverting who is the real evil, but this is more ham-handed and over the top than I care for.?
