I'm hoping the group can help me find a story where Harry punishes Draco's insulting of Hermione by kicking him straight in the cajones which of I remember correctly happens more than once despite Harry getting detention for it. Hope someone here knows this story.

Is this the one where the Purebloods get memory of pain mindwiped, so Harry explains it as just making sure Draco does not get the lesson mindwiped he will keep doing it till it sticks

It may be I honestly don't remember that part,I do however remember that Harry drops divination in favor of arithmancy? and Mcgonagall uses one of Harry's detentions to take him to buy the books he needs.

Personally, I think Harry should've looked at that as the gift that
kept on giving.
With the memory of the pain removed, it would still be just as much
of a surprise of agony as the first time... because it is. heh

That fic has hermione gifting pointed toe dragon hide boots to harry, and he proceeds to kick draco in the balls in chapter 11 for the first time, and multiple times after, every time draco uses the word mudblood regarding Hermione. McG in it is much cooler, giving him a 'detention' with her that's more a tea and cake chat, and tells him to let her know any time he does the same later, so she can 'punish' him before snape or Dumbledore can interfere and punish him for real.

Yes. I reread Dearest Hermione again earlier this year.? If I remember, Hermione is pleased with Harry and buys him the new steel toed `pointy' boots as? a reward for his thoughtfulness in sticking up for her!
