Jeconais' Fan Fiction

Hi all,

I'm just curious is anyone knows if Jeconais is still writing or not?

Thanks so much!

I believe he is, but it's taken a much lower priority to other things in
his life.

As a side note, he's the second author I'm aware of who's either stopped
or greatly reduced their writing as a direct result of their wife
leaving them.

It's a damned shame that both are among the best writers I've ever
known. Don Lockwood (who used to write under a different name, but
changed it for career reasons that I, as someone who refuses not to use
my real name, perfectly understand), the author of Dance of a Lifetime
(I don't follow ice skating in any form, but DoaL made me come close)
effectively quite writing not long after his wife left him... and I'd
put him up against Jeconais, Rorshach's Blot, Robst, or almost any
*professional* writer you care to name.

On the gripping hand... well, it's only been three months since I lost
Vel, but I have absolutely no desire to write. And I really don't expect
to ever have one again.

...After all, she isn't here to read it anymore.

While I suspect that's not exactly the same reason they have, it means I
do understand.

Even if I fucking *hate* it as a reader. I want the rest of Konoha's
Legion, dammit! And Perfect Slytherins! And Hogwart's Dawn!
And... urm... what the heck was the name of the Buffy fanfic? Argh, I
can't remember.

You're probably thinking of Wild Horses, first thing of Jeconais' I ever read.
