Hello,
First off, I've got to say that you are one of my favorite authors.
You write really well, and I
can count on you to post chapters.
Secondly, while I enjoy this new story of yours there is one thing I
don't like about it. The
constant give and take. Dumbledore/Molly/Prophet/ect. continually
attacks Harry and he
doesnt do much back. He gets madder and madder...but keeps his cool.
Now, I know this
is a fanfic and I know you have a plot (one of the things I like
about you) but I just can't
see how Harry has kept his cool this long. In canon-and with anyone
really-he would have
snapped long ago....plans or no. As much as I like this story, the
give and take is getting
old. We (the readers) know Dumbledore is evil, Molly and Ron are
evil, the Ministry is full
of idiots. You've established that. I won't tell you how to write
your own fiction...but please
get to the action soon because the give and take/actions & reactions
is just getting old
and is slowly killing this fic.
My long rant done, I really do enjoy your fiction...even if I dont
like the direction you're
taking it. Keep up the good work!

Ah Brian, What you are overlooking is a simple fact. Dumbledore,
Molly, Ron, the Ministry. They are all insignificant in the grand
scheme of things, mere annoying bugs on Harry's radar scope.
If you are sitting around waiting for Harry to explode, killing
Dumbledore, turning Ron into a turnip and Molly into a donkey while
tearing down the ministry and burning it to ashes, well it ain't gonna
happen. There are bigger problems on Harry's mind and his goal is to
deal with them. Some of the minor problems won't even get addressed in
this book, but are reserved for the sequel.
I would have thought that by now most people would have realized that
(a) Harry doesn't care about any criminal investigation
(b) For Harry's plan to work, he needs to stay at Hogwarts for the
time being, accepting what Dumbledore dishes out. Mind you if he up
and kills Dumbledore, the ministry is still capable of sending him to
prison. Dumbledore's position as Headmaster is getting shakey. The
Board Meeting should have been proof of that. And his position will
continue to get shakier, but I ain't giving away any spoilers.
