Hoping you all can help me find a story. With what little I remember.

And that is as follows.

Harry's ends up buying all new clothes for Hogwarts and tricking the dursley into buy him some muggle clothing too. Only when he puts them in the dirty clothes basket at Hogwarts they don't come back.

He gets older and ragy looking cloths back.?

He goes to Percy than to McGonagall whom both say they will look into only nothing is done. Until Harry basically comes to the great hall in his sleep wear or underwear cause he has no clothes that are his.
