NTM Engineering, Inc. is a civil engineering and environmental services firm that specializes in water resources design and permitting, environmental services, bridge and roadway design and bridge inspection, and engineering instruction for public and private sector clients. Established in 2006, NTM employs over 100 professionals and has four offices, including Dillsburg, State College, Philadelphia, and Wayne, Pennsylvania. NTM fosters a strong team environment with a focus on quality deliverables and continued development of our team! Description of Work: ? NTM Engineering?is seeking experienced staff to fill several?immediate openings?for Archaeological Field Technician, Crew Chief, and Field Director level positions for the 2025 field season to conduct a number of Phase I surveys and Phase II excavations in Pennsylvania. Job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or Archaeology and demonstrated experience in both pre-contact and historic period archaeology. Preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate experience working in the Mid-Atlantic region. Pennsylvania experience is preferred but not required. The hourly wage range is based on position responsibilities and previous experience. Lodging and meal?per diem?will be provided during the scheduled work period. The positions are temporary, as needed with the potential to become full-time with benefits positions based on experience and performance. Minimum Training and Experience Required:? ? Field Director - Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional/cultural resource management experience, of which at least 2 must be in a supervisory role. ? Benefits Package:?
