Persephone is a 7 year old spayed female. She came into our rescue a few months ago after being abandoned by the owner. She had been living in a small cage and needed a bit of time to decompress. After living with our wonderful foster, she is ready for her forever home. She is in good health but is not loving the very active house hold and would do better in quiet environment. Pending, a home has been found for Apollo awaiting transportation arrangements to be finalized. Tall, Dark, and Handsome, Neutered 9 year old F3 Male, Apollo, Adopt/Foster Wichita, Tulsa, Oklahoma City area Apollo is a very affectionate, and loving cat who is ready to brighten your days. Apollo’s definitely seeking loads of attention, so ideally a work from home situation would be preferred. Apollo is a 4 paw, declaw cat, and at 9 years old we are uncertain how he would respond to other pets. Apollo will require a small room such as a guest bedroom, or bathroom for a 2-3 week quarantine period, and followed by potentially long introductions with other pets. Apollo is said to have good litter box habits, and will need to put on some weight during an assessment period. At this time we are uncertain of his current diet, although we would strongly encourage moving him to a raw or premium canned food diet. Successful applicants should have some experience with rehoming adult cats, or similar experience, a dedicated space for quarantine period. Glad, as we call him, is an adorable soul. He's been a cattery cat his entire life and our wish for him is to have a forever home, where he is loved and adored. Glad was recently neutered and is said to be very sweet and loving! His owner was a breeder in Las Vegas, who died a few months ago. Glad is TICA registered and microchipped. Glad needs attention, affection and love! We are not sure how he would do with another cat or dog. He spent his time in an enclosure next to another male cat. Slow introductions will likely work wonders. He may do well with a dog - again very slow introductions. FOSTERS NEEDED FOR TWO INTACT CATS IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA There are two currently intact male SBT Savannahs located in Las Vegas looking for their own new furrever families due to their original owner passing away unexpectedly. The family is struggling to give these very sweet boys the attention and love they truly deserve. SV Rescue has been tasked with finding appropriate homes for these boys. They are both currently unaltered, hence we cannot adopt them out but need a foster home willing to get them to the vet for altering and vetting, then helping us with evaluations to be able to adopt them out. SV Rescue will pay/reimburse for the cost of vet bills, but the foster will need to make arrangements with their own vet and follow through with these appointments/follow up care. Of course, the foster home is always first in line to adopt a cat they are fostering, if the cat works out there. The first 2 pics are of 10-year-old Gladiator, the last 3 pics are of 5-year-old Crixus. ****Eva has been adopted! Eva is a very pretty and sweet F6 Savannah girl! She is only 2 years old. Her owner has moved out of the country and she's being boarded while we find her a great home. Eva is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and has no behavioral issues. Eva is very loving and active, but can be shy with strangers...as many cats are. She likes balls to chase and crinkly toys and loves to sleep with her people. She's never lived with children or other pets but at her young age, we would anticipate she would get along well with another active kitty and with proper and slow introduction, and she should do fine with children older than 10 years who are respectful to pets. Yona has been adopted! :) Yona is a 1.5 year old F4 Savannah who's had a heartbreaking start to her young life. When her original owner died, Yona was not only unexpectedly left without her home and family; she was also pregnant. Yona's kittens have since all found homes, and she's now ready for a great home of her own! Yona is a beautiful girl with those big Savannah cat ears! She's not much more than a kitten herself and so very deserving of a great loving home. ****Buddy has been adopted and is no longer available! Buddy is a loving, sweet boy, who was surrendered to SV Rescue by his owner, who could no longer care for him. Buddy's breeder, East TN Exotic Cats, would not take him back, did not give the owner any TICA paperwork, did not vaccinate Buddy before transferring him to his new owner and no vet check was done. I spoke to the breeders myself, who informed me that they do not register their kittens at all, so not vaccinate, nor do they supply a contract to the owner. Luckily we have a breeder in the area, Belle Hollow Exotics, who drove to pick up Buddy, had him neutered, vaccinated and has taken care of him for the post few weeks. Buddy has great litter box habits, is healthy and as sweet as can be. He should be ok with another pet and older children. Meet Quincy! He is an Silver neutered male in need of a home. He is currently located in Coquille OR. We have a volunteer that will help transport so we would accept applications from Northern California, Oregon and Washington. Quincy has had a bit of bad luck and is on his 3rd or 4th home. His first owner moved and left Quincy with a friend as Quincy was no longer getting along with his sister after the introduction of a new cat (it got worse at this point but they had been bickering prior). URGENT - 1.5 YO F4 SPAYED Savannah cat, Keira - FOR FOSTER|ADOPTION - located in NY - HOME MUST BE IN A NEIGHBORING STATE - PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST! Keira was found abandoned on the streets in the Bronx, NY. She was taken in by a rescue group, who found a microchip, traced Keira back to a breeder in PA, who will not be taking her back - the owner will not take hey back either. If we knew the name of the breeder, we would name that person, but the microchip company would not reveal it. Keira is said to be sweet and gentle and is coming out of her shell, after living on the street with her kittens. She loves to play and loves treats. Keira has not been around children, but we think older children should be fine. She has co-existed with other cats, so another cat or two should be fine as long as proper introductions are implemented. She will hiss and swat at another cat at first, but then roll over and start grooming that cat. NJ/CT/PA should be fine for Keira, but we are not adverse to a longer drive.
