We are looking for a foster for Tiberius who was found as a stray in Indiana. The shelter said that he is very chatty, friendly and easy to handle. He may be chatty as he is not neutered. We are looking for a foster that has a spare room for Tiberius and is willing to have him vetted and evaluate any other needs.
