Thor is an absolutely gorgeous and long legged, highly intelligent and full of personality Savannah boy looking a new adoptive home!
Thor is located in New Caney area and must go to an area in Texas that allows savannahs (some counties allow with permit)...or to another state with his new home willing to drive.
Thor is 11 years young. He is neutered and healthy. He's an F7. Thor is in need of a home that can give him lots of attention, playtime and love. He's shy initially with new people, but warms up quickly. Thor is very affectionate and will snuggle and sleep with his humans all night long. He's a kitty who loves to lie in your lap while you watch TV. He's very playful, energetic, likes to jump and climb and would benefit from an outdoor, cat-escape-proof enclosure or catio. A new home must be aware Thor may try to run out an open door given the opportunity. Thor is also a talker ??
Like many cats of all ages, breeds and mixes, Thor does best with routine and stability. He does not like to be left alone for long periods of time and he does not like the feral cats that have moved into the neighborhood. Seeing the cats outside daily has caused Thor to start spaying in the home. We feel this will stop in home where he does not have many feral cats nearby.
He's worn a harness and leash in the past for time outside. Thor has lived peacefully with dogs, as shown in the many adorable pictures! His ideal home would have a dog to be his buddy. Thor should be fine with a teen or child older than 10 years of age who is respectful of a cat's personality requirements.
Thor's adoption fee is $200. We will not consider shipping for him.
