We are in need of a foster or foster/adopt in The San Antonio Texas area. Willow is a breeding cat from the now defunct Hearts of Texas Cattery. The owner is no longer breeding and can't care for her any longer. Willow needs to be spayed and have a health check. The owner said she is a wonderful cat.
Willow is playful, loving and affectionate. She has peacefully coexisted with both cats and dogs. She has been around children aged 6 and up. We are not aware of her litterbox habits. She spent a good amount of her time in an outdoor enclosure. She is not spayed so may spray.
We are looking for a local foster (driving distance) that can have Willow vetted and let her hormones adjust. Willow would need her own room for a minimum of a month (time before and after spay). After her medical, she could be introduced to the home. Her ideal home would be one or two animals. She is good with both cats and dogs.
