For adoption in NC

Jose A. Santana #402 开云体育 F4 Male, approx 6-7 years old. Average size cat, but with longer legs. Located in Raleigh, NC. Jax is a very sweet cat who loves to be around his people at all times. As he’s gotten older, he’s become less tolerant of the other pets in the household taking “his” people, so he needs to go to a home with no other pets, or maybe one female cat. The vet tried various anti-anxiety drugs with little effect, so this is non-negotiable. He does enjoy a casual stroll on a leash in a car-free environment. His harness will come with him. He will fetch plush mice as well as any dog. Beware the chicken on the counter- ?he is very sneaky :) He’s a snuggler and will hop in your lap as soon as you sit down, but doesn’t love being “held.” He’s not been around young kids, except when my friends 3 year old comes over, and he won’t come out from under the bed. I’m sure with older, respectful kids he would do fine. I would like to do a home visit if possible, and I would like to be able to call your vet for a reference. I’m rehoming him because it’s what’s in his best interest, and I want to make sure he gets the best care. Adoption fee $200. - José A. Santana
