After so much support from our Savannah Community I am standing up to the neighbor and Bubbles stays. I have contacted several invisible fence companies to try to keep little adventure seaking Bubbles on her side of the fence. ?Also all the cat loving neighbors are being informed to protect their cats from my neighbor.?
