Should the SSP Constitution be revised so that Gold Pieces can no longer be converted into Experience Points?

Should the SSP Constitution be revised so that DM's will receive the same XP awarded to each players as opposed to 50% as the current practice?

There's a post on our next yearly "convention" for this group, but not that many responses, so trying a poll; the word is opening up a bit, but not sure how many people are ready to roll dice in person or want to show up in a place vs. the convenience of the way we've been doing for going on three years now.? Last year, we had six games over five time slots, and will enough people want to play face to face to think about building a schedule at this point?? Curious to see what folks are thinking about when in-person games are going to be a thing again for the SSP?

Right now the constitution reads that each player is allowed 1 character per tier. Tier IV is levels 17-20. With many of the original/ early characters reaching level 20, there's a concern that some lower tiers characters are being blocked from leveling up. It's been suggested that the following be added to the rules. *Tier IV becomes levels 17-19 and a new Tier V is installed for characters at level 20. Players can have any number of characters at this new Tier V.* Please select from one of the two options below. We'll close the voting on Sunday night.
