Gretchen checking-in as co-fo 2
Hello Women, I apologize for not checking-in sooner after Suzanne¡¯s share. I¡¯ve got a lot going on personally while also wrapping-up my deployment, and that takes up a lot of bandwidth¡ so I¡¯m pretty wiped, pretty regularly. AND- I¡¯m also great. I love New Orleans¡¯ culture and all of the Mardi Gras festivities. I¡¯ve learned so much about how Mardi Gras / Carnival is WAAAAAYYYY more than just boobs and beads (which is what I previously thought). Anyway- SSR stuff¡ Paige and Noreen both offered to co-fo with me after Suzanne stepped-down. THANK YOU to them both, and it looks like the three of us will be doing some flavor of collaboration/coordination of the March weekend. Still figuring that out. AND- both of them are in-person with me, which is great, and also not ideal for the virtual pieces. So- for the March weekend, I have a request that one or two virtual women serve as virtual facilitators for just an activity or two (not to plan anything or come up with an activity¡ just to facilitate it). Transparently, I¡¯m not exactly sure what this means yet, but if any virtual woman is willing to support in this way, please let me know before March 11th. I return from my deployment next weekend (Mar 4th), so my life should be more manageable after I readjust. In the meantime, per the SSR Agreements, as co-fo, I (or Paige or Noreen) will be in contact with the group at the very least a month before the weekend and two weeks prior to the weekend. Abigailia is also arranging a check-in call¡ and hopefully most of us will be there, too. Love, Gretchen Yay! Life Rewards Action! High-five! gretchenkainz.com 850-774-2236 she/her

Dear sisters, So as you all know by now I had a heart attack last week and had 3 stents put in. What I didn¡¯t tell you is I also (one month previous) I have had epic post menopausal bleeding that has been just surreal. In attempting to stop/diagnose the bleeding the threads of my two issues are interweaving: ie they now want me to stop taking the hormone that stopped the bleeding. (!!) This is all confounding, confusing and unfortunately will take my full attention to address. Therefore, with Gretchen¡¯s full understanding (and generosity) I have made the difficult ( and necessary) decision to withdraw from being cofo for the rest of this year to address my heart attack and related health issues. This leaves Gretchen in an awkward place. So we are asking the sisterhood to examine in your hearts if anyone of you feels in your hearts the call to join her this year as cofo to privately reach out to Gretchen and let her know. I am so sorry to do this and please know I would not have taken this step if it were not necessary. Sending you all so much love and gratitude that I am even alive to write this note, Suzanne

lodging info for Apr SSR; reply requested 6
Hello Sisters, The doodle poll results for the April weekend are in. We have: five for in-person five for all virtual two of those said virtual but ¡°might be in-person, but depends on covid as the time gets closer¡± April is a few months away, but it¡¯s close enough that it¡¯s best for us to secure lodging and reasonably priced airfare. (I think this is part of why we have the 90-day RSVP.) So, for planning purposes, we are not including those two in the yes for in-person category. three responded they will attend virtual as they¡¯re able one responded with ¡°it¡¯s possible I could pop-in on Saturday¡± two didn¡¯t respond at all Soooo¡ there¡¯s that! Because there are five definite in-person women (IPW), Suzanne and I have been in contact with the Location Coordinator, Noreen. Katie made the request for the gathering place to be outside of New England. Because only one of the five IPW are in New England, we are proposing for the IPW to meet in Tennessee. Katie has opened to those five IPW meeting at her place. AND- because the current SSR Agreements say: Weekend Location ¡ñ Co-facilitators and Location Coordinator determine the location of in-person weekends if held in New England. ¡ñ If outside New England, the Co-facilitators and Location Coordinator consult the group. This email serves as consulting with the group. I¡¯m sure there are many potential responses, and I¡¯m asking that you reply with some version of: I¡¯m cool with the IPW meeting in Tennessee I¡¯d like to discuss the IPW meeting in Tennessee I¡¯m not cool for the IPW to meet in Tennessee If this is your response, please let¡¯s talk. The goal here is to keep moving with the planning of a hybrid weekend, AND I¡¯m 100% open to talking with anyone about this. Indeed, it¡¯s important to me to discuss rather than me or anyone fall into stories or any other kind of bad-flavored feelings. Admittedly, I am not very open to an email ¡°discussion¡±; it¡¯s just too hard for me to do that with important things. I¡¯m asking for your understanding with that. Please reply by Saturday, February 12th. Thanks! With love, Gretchen Yay! Life Rewards Action! High-five! gretchenkainz.com 850-774-2236 she/her

Update: As The Heart Pumps 4
Hi sisters, Thank you all for the love and prayers. I wanted to give y¡¯all an update on my medical condition: I had a cardiac catheterization yesterday. They put in 3 stents. Weirdest surgery ever: do you know they do this while you¡¯re AWAKE? Strange new world. I am in the hospital until tomorrow ( hopefully) and greatly appreciate all the love and prayers. They¡¯re working! I also wanted you to know Gretchen and I had our first SSR planning meeting and it went AWESOME! I am very excited about our upcoming weekend. Sending y¡¯all love and hugs until we meet again, Suzanne

Hellooooo Sisters- Woot-Woot! I hope the first week of 2022 has been super easy or super stimulating or super fun or super whatever you¡¯re wanting/needing right now. We¡¯re reaching out for two reasons. Hopefully, it¡¯ll be simple. Yay! Suzanne, our Co-Fo and Ritual Coordinator, would like to schedule a New Year¡¯s ritual to support us starting 2022 in an intentional way¡ with SSR goodness! April weekend: We¡¯re almost 90 days out from gathering as Sacred Sisters. So- one at a time: RITUAL: Here is a doodle link to let us know your availability. Please click on it so we can finalize that. There are three options, Jan 21 or two times on Jan 23. Double clicking the box is the ¡°if need-be¡± option. It shows-up yellow. Even if you are not available at all, there is an option to let us know that. RITUAL DOODLE: https://doodle.com/poll/68aphr6yekg8xzzg?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link PLEASE complete the ritual doodle NLT Friday, Jan 14. APRIL WEEKEND: Although we might not have realized it, there was a time when this was relatively easy¡ and although it¡¯s not exactly ¡°hard¡±, it is definitely trickier than past years. Soooo¡ attached is another doodle poll asking for your ¡°in-ness¡± for the April weekend. Because covid is still a thing, I¡¯m sure there will be a spectrum of ¡°in-ness¡±. And I suspect that our April weekend will be a hybrid of zoom and in-person. AND, we¡¯d like to get clarity. So, please click on this doodle, too! APRIL DOODLE: https://doodle.com/poll/9rw3xagcv9n2ectx?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link PLEASE complete the April doodle NLT Friday, Jan 28. The below are the basic questions we¡¯re asking about April. Of course, everything is still changing on the regular. BUT¡ if, in April, everything is ¡°exactly¡± as it is right now in the world, are you a YES for: In-person Via zoom If you are a yes for via zoom, are your intentions to attend: 100% of the weekend Only opening and closing circle Only opening As you¡¯re able/available There is also the option of ¡°No¡±¡ regardless of the state of the world, you will not be attending the April weekend. Please do not send your answers for any of the above to us via email. ? Please just complete the doodles. And, of course, if you have questions or comments or something else, please reach out. Simpler treat at home guide 5
Hi sisters, I just found a much better written, simpler, treat at home guide for COVID. It incorporates information from Peter McCullough and Pierre Kory's guides (two of the leading doctors who've pioneered early treatment and saved many lives) but it's so much better written and simpler for lay people than either of their organization's guides, LOL. I'm printing out a copy for my parents, who, hallelujah, are finally open to my sister and I setting them up with prophylactic supplements and assembling treat-at-home supplements, meds, and equipment (e.g., pulse oximeter) so they can treat at home when they get sick. Since from the way people are talking about having covid right now, vaccinated or not, it seems likely almost everyone will get it. The lion's share of those seem to be having very mild cases, akin to a cold (vaccinated or not), but since my parents are over 80 and Dad has high bp and diabetes, we want to be prepared to be aggressive about it if they get it. I'm glad my parents are finally open to our input and aren't planning to rely solely on their injections, since the data continues to come in on how short lived the protection is, and that omicron is likely evading the vaccines. Anyway, I thought some of you might find the new guide I found interesting. It's from Sept 2021 so pretty recent. Sent with ProtonMail Secure Email.

Our COVID plan 2
Hi everyone, A couple women asked me for more information about how we were treating covid so I put together the attached. I hope it's clear--I pulled together information from several sources. COVID Guide for Friends describes what we did. DIY Covid is Sally Fallon Morell's recent article about how she treated it in herself, no drugs. I did not get this from her until we were well into our multi-drug protocol however. But you could choose to go this route. We did add a couple ideas from it into everything else we were doing. The Food and Supplement Guide for the Coronavirus is the latest version of Chris Masterjohn's guide, which is the basis of most of our supplement choices. & 5. The McCullough Protocol and the i-MASK protocol are attached to give you an idea of two early treatment protocols that are helping keep people out of the hospital. The thing is, you have to find a doctor to work with, ahead of time before you get sick. Interview and find someone who will be wiling to prescribe drugs for you if you want to go that route. I'm happy to answer any questions! Sent with ProtonMail Secure Email.

Fuller story 6
Hi sisters, I'm following up on my earlier email about how Dane and I are doing. At the time I didn't really have the energy to get into more detail but I'm a little better now. Dane and I have covid. He started symptoms 12/6, and then I started symptoms 12/10. We assumed we would eventually get it and so we enacted the covid plan I had written up months ago. Adjusted the supplements and added others. Went to the functional medicine center I mentioned so the nurse practitioner could monitor us as we started the multi-drug early treatment protocol. She's been so great. Our goal was to stay out of the hospital. Everything I've learned about early treatment indicates that practically any early treatment improves outcomes. The nurse practitioner says they've had a lot of covid patients, and only one had to go to the hospital (I think she said he was further along when he came to them), and no one has died. So we have felt in good hands. Dane's had it worse than me. He felt pretty miserable all last week, and at the beginning of this week was the worst. Because his pulse oximeter readings were sometimes low, I had to take him for a chest x-ray on Wed to make sure he didn't have a blood clot. He didn't, but they said he did have pneumonia in both lungs, which they said "isn't fun, but isn't dangerous." Then on Thursday he was remarkably better. Most of the truly miserable symptoms are gone and he's just got to wait out his lungs clearing up. A bit uncomfortable to take deep breaths. His grocery store offered him 10 days paid leave and since hearing of the pneumonia, two more days. Which is amazing for an American company, especially a grocery store. (It's Natural Grocers, a health food store chain.) It's a sign of how much better he is feeling that the return to work is beginning to sound possible. I don't want him overdoing it so I'm glad they just offered him the extra days. My symptoms have been milder; mostly a sore throat for a number of days, congestion. I have a few more symptoms that are probably mostly from the drugs we're using. I feel fairly sure that after resting through this weekend, I can go back to work Monday. My sister just told me she's just tested positive and has symptoms. Her 16 year old son had it--they didn't even know until he mentioned he'd lost his taste. Her husband and a few days of cough and runny nose. Sounds like she's the worst of those three but it's still mild. I'm talking her through everything we've done. We are glad to be developing natural immunity. To us, that is the only way out of this. From our perspective, the shots provide a very narrow window of protection before another booster is needed, and the significant side effect risks are there with each shot. It's been such a weird time...I'm sharing with you that we have covid, but we're not telling that to just anyone. Like, you'll never see me post that on Facebook. I have seen that one only gets sympathy for covid if you have taken the shots. If you haven't taken the shots, you're a selfish bastard, a fool who deserved what you got--some people seem to think you deserve to die from it--and god forbid you got anyone else sick. It's so strange. For people like me, a risk-benefit analysis of the shots made them an absolute no-go. Not a hard decision. There are a lot of scientists and doctors who disagree with the pharmaceutical narrative being pushed by CDC. I am tuned in to a number of researchers who are analyzing the performance of the shots. They are seeing big time failure. And it seems like the politicians and bureaucrats that feel they "have to do something" are just doubling down on everything that didn't work before. Lock down harder, mask harder, boost more, boost more. I'm very concerned for the research that indicates those who did get the shots may have an inferior immune response that will make it harder to get over covid when they do get it. But then, the vast majority of people are in a completely different mindset. The frustrating part of that mindset is it generally involves insisting everyone has to follow it. Everyone

Update on me 7
Hi everyone, sorry I missed the call. Grateful to Meggie and Abigail for their great work and the rest of y¡¯all for working it through voting. Blessings to those who shared what they are going through, Chaya, Marsia, anyone I missed. Dane and I have been sick, dane much worse than me. I¡¯ve been caretaking him at the expense of my own rest. Today I took him for a chest scan and he has pneumonia so we¡¯re dealing with that. Working with a functional medicine center. Nurse practitioner there is great. We signed up for their program, unlimited office visits, emails with the nurse practitioner, discounts on their iv therapies and supplements. She calls us and checks in. I was a little worried today because they were X-raying to check for blood clots, but none seen. The steroid the Np added today should ease the inflammation in his airway and make breathing more comfortable. I took off all week, tomorrow I should be able to get more rest for myself. Good juju for dane please¡ªhe is so tired of being sick. My sister and brother in law picked up my farm food and some groceries and drugstore items for us today. Good to have them near.
