Icebox conversion for 1984 Sabre 28-3

I would like to convert my icebox on my 1984 Sabre 28-3 to a refrigerator to replace my cooler-sized refrigerator, which is taking valuable space. ?The vessel is already equipped with a 600-Watt solar system. ?The useable dimensions of the icebox are W19xD11xH18. ? It's simple, quiet, doesn't take up much space, and doesn't draw much power. Next to my autopilot, it's my favorite gadget! And not terribly expensive?
