I have virtually no experience using WiFI so I searched the HamVOIP.org website.? Have you looked at??on the HamVOIP website.? It appears to be a little outdated but it does suggest? you uncomment your country designator in /etc/conf.d/wireless-regdom.??
Also you can search the HamVOIP forum at??.
Finally *B6 restarts Asterisk.? I'm not sue if that would re-initialize the WiFi connection.? I suspect a reboot is required.
