I know all SAE amps very well except the 02 series on which I refuse to work on.

If he¡¯s a good tech he can figure out what¡¯s going on with the deck.

He has to start recapping it! Then trace the problem if it didn¡¯t disappear after recapping. As most of the time the problem goes away¡­

The only suggestion I have is to open it recap it and check the belt. Belts must be replaced! Your motor issue can be from the belt.
