We are currently planning a star party at the , located about 1.5 hours North East of Payson in Bortle 2 skies at an elevation of 7,400’.? The event is scheduled to start Thursday (09/18) afternoon and end Monday (09/22) morning.

The location has limited space for tents, RV’s and campers.? Check out more details on the site and event on the EVACS Outing ?Page .? We are in the early planning stage for this event, so please keep in mind details may change.

This will be our third star party at this location, the last two were a great success. ??In the previous years we had to limit the attendees to less than 25 persons at any given evening, but we plan on expanding how many folks will be allowed to attend.

We are trying to gage the interest and type of persons who might be attending (ie observation vs Imaging).? If you are interested in participating in the event please fill out survey by Next Friday 04/18.? If we do run into capacity issues, preference will be given to those who fill out the survey first.
