What you are looking for at Dellorto DCOE 45E carbs. The shop manual has the proper jetting. You might stumble across some DCOE 45 (no “E”) carbs. You’ll need to search the internet for some.

The scissor jack would be the wise choice - it's firm and incrementally adjustable. One doesn't want the door flopping around with risk of scratched paint.

I haven’t tried this, but I was thinking of suspending the door from the ceiling with a strap that would give it the height support it needs, but still allow it to swing sort of freely. Dave C
