High cost of IRF reg laid out for yah

I have gotten several emails inquiring about how we came to this years IRF
registration cost....so here is the info.
I hope this ends any confusion.

In the past, the folks who purchased dinners were the only ones who were
helping
to pay for the Hilltop / Grove rental. Everyone else got a FREE ride.
We always had to guarantee 50 or 75 dinners in order for us NOT to have to
pay
the rental fee ran which incidentally, ran into the $1000's of dollars.

It always calculated out that purchasing the required # of dinners was the
most
equitable way to rent and use their site.

They planned it that way!

So, to answer your question as to what to say to all these people asking:

The $35 registration fee inclusively covers:
- parking (for Jam nite only)
- barbeque dinner provided by SS (allows us to use the Hilltop site for FREE)
- unlimited (beer, wine, and soda)
- official IRF button
- admission to "The IRF Jam" (covers the costs involved in putting on the
Jam)

That's it.

I agree with Rick 100%....as for the children
costs...we already omit them from the $10 registration
fee....SS says that kids (4-12) pay $5 less per
head...we are supposed to be honest with the
count...so, theoretically, cost is $20 per kid...kids
would be if it goes above 75 then we have to pay for
the extras...if below ...we lose the 10% discount...so
post the announcement at $35 per per person....

**ALSO KEEP IN MIND we had a wonderful nameless soul put a lot of money
into dinners for ALL who were at IRF to enjoy and keep costs down last
year!!*
