Hi all -

Apologies for my erroneous post on Thursday
evening. The Harvest moon rose tonight, not on
Thursday. I had the pleasure of watching it come up
over Maryland as Neil was performing Harvest Moon at
Farm Aid (What a great set!!)

Also, the September Harvest Moon rises only in the
northern hemisphere, not worldwide. It's now spring in
the southern hemisphere, not harvest time (duh). Thus
a couple of questions for Rusties in the southern
hemisphere: first, is your Harvest Moon in March,
April or May? And what do you see on nights such as
tonight when we northerners see a full moon?

And finally, is anyone's favorite sex tune better
when the moon is full?

As Neil launched into HM, most everyone in the venue could look to their left
and see the Harvest Moon rising, low in the eastern sky, slightly blurred by
low foggy clouds... it was enough to send couples to dancing close together
in the aisles, but security would have pointed them back to their seats....
