After looking on Ebay at all the ticket broker slime, it appears that
*nobody* got any seats in the 100's. Does anybody know what's up
with that? Perhaps this is standard stuff; I'm a BSB newbie
(although I've always wanted to go!)
Thanks!
In '99, I complained to Bass customer service about two reserved tickets I had locked up on the Internet, that disappeared when their slow server kicked me out. Fortunately, I was blessed with true customer service, and received two 102 row E seats.
Well, I don't know about most shows, but I'd say that the vast majority of the folks surrounding me were families associated with the school. The music that night was the best ever, with the possible exception of the first BSB, but being in such a family atmosphere made the show that much better (even if the Who didn't come on stage until 12:20 am).
Who knows who gets tickets in the rear 100s, but it is true that the promoters release the unused comp tickets as the show approaches.
But if some kind soul has some tickets in the 100s that they'd sell for cost, I'd be happy to take them off your hands.
