Re: Vertical scale on SWR plot

You need to roll back to the previous version of the Ant Scope 2 software. The latest has a bug that you described.
There is another thread on this already if you search the word ¡°scale¡± --Kevin (KK4YEL). |
Vertical scale on SWR plot
#antscope2
When I zoom the vertical scale of an SWR plots, the units displayed don't seem to make sense. I would have expected to see 1,2,3,4, etc or 1.0, 1.2, 1.4.1.6...etc but instead I see 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,3...and so on. The units don't seem to be scaling properly....Regards, Tim(N0TB)

When on the SWR tab and I zoom the vertical scale, the units displayed on the vertical scale do not make a great deal of sense? I see 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,3...and so on. I would have expected something like 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.8, 2.0 etc....Thank you and best regards, Tim (N0TB)

Version 1 is not an option for me, as I do not see a Mac version posted on their website. I mentioned Windows only because a friend had the same issue with theirs. You misunderstood me.? I did not mean AntScope version 1.? I was suggesting Antscope2 version 1.1.2 instead of the AntScope2 version 1.1.3 that you are using.? |

Here you can see the LEFT side of the screen that the major axis marks are multiple of each number. The SWR at marker 1 has a value of below 2, but the scale on the Y axis shows it above 2.0. I have replicated this on both the Mac and Windows versions of Ant Scope 2.Very clear. You are one version ahead of me.? I don't get that on my Windows installation but I am running version 1.1.2.? Try rolling back one version and see what happens.? Delete your AntScope2.ini file in case it is corrupt. Roger |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýYes, using a Sparkfun Bob.?Alas, after several hours of intermittent tinkering yesterday, the board commenced with the essential blinking. First sign of success came after rebooting with the ¡°zero¡± plugged in. BTW, I haven¡¯t seen a 100% complete set of instructions in a single document. Happy to see decent SWR on the 1st of four bands to be reinstalled on the ¡°Octopus,¡± even at the initial 10¡¯ AGL. ?Thanks for your input! How are you connecting it to the computer (you need a USB to TTL board) ?
Are you following these instructions? Roger |

I am receiving a ¡°analyzer not connected¡± message and the green & amber lights show steady light (no blinking). I was able to use the analyzer successfully about a year ago and, this time, I tried to make it work on three different computers (one desktop and two separate notebooks. How can I troubleshoot this problem?
