¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI use 3 BlueTooth devices for different reasons and only purchase from because i know there products work. ?One BT device is a HC-07 from ebay, its not USB, its RF to serial and works fine thru the RPi host port but I find it hard to change baud rate so I am stuck on 9600. ?The wireless keyboard/mouse from Adafruit works fine too as do most MS and Logitech wireless devices, just plug, power up and go. ? The Adafruit wireless keyboard/mouse seems to miss space bar often cause of the way it is constructed, the space bar must be hit in the center and not on the edge. Anyway if in doubt always check the Raspberry Pi Compatibility List, google it. Bill K6ACJ ? On Oct 23, 2014, at 1:34 AM, Raspberry_Pi_4-Ham_RADIO@... wrote:

From your description it sounds like the only Bluetooth device is the HC-07. The wireless keyboard and mouse don't sound like they are Bluetooth because you said "just plug, power up and go". If you didn't have to pair them up, then they aren't Bluetooth. I'm still doing research as to what I want to do but it sounds like most Bluetooth devices will work.

I currently don't have any Bluetooth devices so before I waste a bunch of money I'd like to find out what will work and what I can do. I have found Bluetooth dongles, keyboards, speakers and serial ports. Are there any others? What kind of support does Linux (as it applies to the RasPi) have for these devices? If I have more than one device is it then called Blueteeth? Max, KG4PID Reply to sender . Reply to group . Reply via Web Post . All Messages (5) .
