Packing House Crew - Riverside-Highgrove Citrus Association - Circa 1940s
A group of men stand near citrus crates with Blue Globe Brand and Red Glove Brand labels. This may be the staff who do the heavy lifting, or supervise, at the packinghouse. The boss night be the gentleman in the tie.

That packer also had a Yellow Globe label. Do you have any idea why they would pack two different 'Sunkist' grade brand labels at the same time? Riverside-Highgrove used to be Riverside Heights if you look at earlier labels. That Blue Globe label I've seen had a 1952 patent office stamp on the backside.
