Pecans will o rancid if left sealed, faster in warm conditions, even more in Summer's heat.? Reefers for shipping pecans makes good sense.

Thanks, Chief Bob! Pecan pieces, who woulda' thunk? Another destination for reefers!? Now I wonder how raisins were shipped.? A photo at Sun Maid showed box cars. but that was probably in Summer.?
