looks like a normal VHF or UHF radio but it sais on the tab SECURABLE REMOTE CONTROL UNIT

The unit is a remote control unit for the Panther BCC67. Permits full remote operation not just audio at up to 4km from main set. Consists of front panel, interface unit and central control module from BCC67.
