Just got an RA6790/GM which works great on AM.? CW and SSB is garbled and distorted.? Ran a BITE test with no faults found.? It has 5 filters installed.? Selecting between them on CW makes no difference.? Any ideas?

I just replace them when I get a bad one, they had the same problem when they were field returns at RACAL, they cleaned the board super good when they were built, they started putting the trimmer pots on after cleaning, the trim pots still had oxidation after a few years.
