Nicad replacements (waS Radio Rucksac)

I think my AAA and AA are ok, the D's I have used in various sets but only a couple of charges and these C cells I put into a Racal battery box as getting the D's in without tags etc?is near impossible. ? It was one I'd re-celled with 4000mH C cells but found 2 were oddly down when on load. ? Off load they read ok but as soon as I put a load on the pack two of the cells went into reverse!. I have replaced them but only with 1200mA ones as that's all I have handy at the moment. ? Looking at these 9000mA Ni-Mh cells from China, they would make a nice pack up so might try them next. ? cheers all. ? BN. ? ?
