Marconi Scimitar H Manpack for sale...

Guys,
????????I have a Marconi Scimitar-H HF manpack up for sale. It has a fault and does not function correctly. It comes with:
  1. Transceiver
  2. battery case (empty)
  3. Carrying frame
  4. antenna
  5. handset
I don't have the time to look at fixing it (plus I don't have the manual)!
?
I paid $600 for it so offers around that price will be entertained.

control plate PV1318, this is the mounting plate for the pv1313 atu which goes
with the 320 100w line up.

VRM 4156 PROGRAMMABLE TRANSCEIVER

 

Hello all,
I wonder if anyone has a control cable for the above transceiver?
ThIS Connects the MA4935A controller to the transceiver and looks the same as the Clansman 321 control cable but has a 7 pin male 5 pin female connector on one end and 7 pin female 5 pin male on tother.

Both inserts are 300 Ohms nominal impedance although their response curves
are different.
Bear in mind that headphone inserts are normally operated as pairs in
parallel.

Does anybody want Clansman Test Rigs?

30 each Available for collect only in Croydon as carriage will at least
double the cost.

351 and 350 in a carry box
320 in black box
349 in black box



These rigs allow one to operate the set opened up, ie out of its case, for test and maintenance.

All look complete and in good condition as one would expect.

Also a good supply of fully wired 7 pin Audio cables in red cable, which
I presume were actually Ptarmigan cables but fit and work fine with the
loudspeakers. etc.

Hi i am also trying to find a manual please put me on the list if any one might have one, also i have fitted in one of the crystal holders a PC USB programable unit works very well so i can go to any frequencse also i am looking for crystals for the ham bands thanks tony swan M0EUY

Not sure that this is quite a Manpack item, but does anybody have any info on these.

I have two and neither seem to work, so I wonder if I am trying to use them wrongly?

They have Clansman style Audio in and no separate power connection.
