When using DMU to send message on the 319 HF radio, does one need the same 310 DMU unit at the receiving end in order to read ("decode")the message?

90deg mini BNC plug wanted
Looking for a couple of the miniature BNC plugs, 90 degree type, ie
cable comes in from the side rather then inline with the plug.
If anyone has such spare, or knows of a supplier please let me know by
