The a very large part of the existing R1b population of males are descendent branch known as R-M269 or R1b-M269 because it is marked by the SNP M269+. This discussion group is for all R1b-M269 people as well as all R1b-M343 of any kind. The SNPs L21, U152, DF27, DF19, DF99, L238, P312, U106, V88 and Z2103 are major subgroups of R1b.
