Greetings Region #11 choruses and quartets!

Contest entry is now open for Region #11. Your chorus presidents, directors, or treasurers and quartet prime contacts may now register for your region's contest!

The following competitor portals have been created specifically for regional choruses and quartets. These links contain the Regional Dates and Deadlines for all contests, eligibility requirements for all contests, entry forms, and much more,?so please bookmark them!?(**Note: you must be logged into the Sweet Adelines International database to view the portals.)

Before registering for contest, please read the following documents thoroughly:

***Please note:?the regional online entry form is currently?down.?Unfortunately, this means that regional choruses and quartets?cannot?register for regional contest through their chapter/quartet portals for the time being.?

To register for regional contest, please take the following steps:?

1. Fill out the Regional Contest Entry Form PDF

2. Email, fax, or snail mail the PDF to the Competition Department

*Once entry forms have been received, Competition Department staff will enter the chorus/quartet for contest. Competitors will receive a confirmation email once their entry form has been processed.

**Please note that the entry deadline for your region is?60 days prior to the contest date.

• If you register for competition?after?the entry (60 day) deadline, you will have an additional?$100 fee?added onto your registration.
• As well as the late fee, your chorus/quartet will not be entered into the initial draw for order of appearance, drawn 55 days prior to competition, but rather in a secondary draw two weeks later (after the late entry deadline).

No entries will be accepted after the late entry (45 day) deadline - no exceptions!

Remember: Only chorus presidents/team coordinators, directors, or treasurers can register a chorus (or prospective chorus)?for competition, and only the quartet contact can register a quartet.
