The book “Statistics. An introduction using R” by Crawley

 

I picked up this book on eBay for ?2 including carriage. It probably was not the best deal for the seller as he/she spent ?3.49 on carriage. ???

I would not consider the book an introduction to statistics, as it starts discussing hypothesis testing, p-values etc. It’s not an absolute beginners guide. This book is quite old, and normally I would not have bought such an old book on software, but ?2 including delivery was hard to turn down.?

I bought another couple of R books - one fairly cheap from eBay and the other ?55 from Amazon. ?I will report on those when I receive them.?
