Anyone know where to find SO-239 connectors with a wall plate mount? Im looking to install a antenna lead through the exterior wall into the house and need some sort of wall plate for the SO-239 to make it look semi-professional and not just a hole in the wall.

Hello Ron, You may want to consider using the long threaded barrel connectors instead.? They work very well and no soldering on the SO-239 needed.? They come in almost any length you need.? Just put a face plate on both sides and you are good to go, and it looks professionally done. ? Dennis KF7RYX ?

Mine go through a piece of sewer pipe so no connector needed. Also leaves room for another cable for your next Antenna. ?I have six coax cables and a rotator cabe. ?Tower Electronics in Wisconsin sells pl259 barrels up to 12 inches long. ?No Mount needed just drill. 5/8 inch hole and put a nut on each end inside and outside.

So, best recommendation?is to get a blank wall plate, drill a hole for the SO-239 and use a long barrel connector? The outside could be a junction box, it's the inside im more worried about. Needs to look good for the wife. Ron
