I downloaded a copy to my laptop, connected the USB cable and got ALL the memory channels filled. The Baofeng is hard to hand load. Greg KF6ZEC

TS2000 For Sale
Good Morning Everyone I have decided to sell my Kenwood TS2000 Mobile rig. It is in great shape and fully operational. I am also adding a Signalink USB Sound card interface as a bundle. I am going to offer this to the group for $800 ... I believe that is quite a good deal. This is the same radio I had set up once at a GOTW get-together. Here are? couple of pictures. Thanks and 73 ... Conrad K1EC |

C - Pole Portable Antenna Project
Recently, Kieth, KI7KDD, shared with me some info on a "C-Pole Portable Antenna". I found it to be very interesting. Check out the details and construction here: If you have any experience with this type of HF antenna, please share your experiences. There is a link to a JAVA based C-Pole calculator at the bottom of the HB9MTN page or here: Thanks, Kieth - Joe, N2QOJ |

Re: Ham radio station at the old Williams AFB hospital?
¿ªÔÆÌåÓý??? When were you there last? ??? There was only one HF beam there when I drove by it well over a year ago. Nobody was there at that time to enquire with. KF7E On 19-Feb-20 15:18, Bil Munsil wrote:

Ham plates AREN'T new.
Bil Munsil
My brother was W7WKM over 50 years ago and he had ham plates.
?
However, you had to have a 7 in your call.
?
I had ham plates with my old call - N7AOU - back when only truck plates started with N. I got stopped a few times.
?
I even had my call sign in the telephone book! - Amateur Radio Station N7AOU.

Ham radio station at the old Williams AFB hospital?
Bil Munsil
There used to be a ham radio station at the old base hospital at then-Williams AFB.
Last time I was there, there were giant HF beams outside. Does anyone know the current status? ?
