qtr and mac o/s sequoia

 

anyone know if qtr 2.8.2 supports mac o/s sequoia on the m series mac processors??
?
that o/s is not listed in the description on the qtr website.?
?
I am getting terrible prints from it is why I ask (with epson p900)

As you may know, many people have issues with QTR and MacOS. As a data?point - I am running a mac mini with an M2 -Sequoia 14.2 and my QTR is shown as 2.8.0 with a P900 printer and everything seems to work. I also use QuadToneProfiler- DN-3 with this set up. I use this for cyanotypes, gum and Photogravure?(DTP).

I have not upgraded to MacOS 15 and I am fine with QTR 2.8.0 ...... I didn't know QTR had a 2.8.2 - I will have to look into that to see what upgrades have been added, but I will probably stay with my current set up as long as I can.

FWIW, I'm not it the problems group: my setup is working just fine.

OS Sequoia 15.4
Epson P6000 and 3880
QTR 2.8.2
PrintTool 2.3.4
?
?I'm a Canson Certified fine art printer, and have printed several shows with that combination. They all look as expected.

I would just point out that 14.2 is not Sequoia, it is Sonoma. ?Sequoia starts with OS 15.

Ross, thanks so much for pointing that out - I am a relative newbie to macs - you are most correct 14.2 is sonoma. That's one of the things I hate about macs - the silly names. Again sorry if I cause any confusion
