Issues with installing drivers for the Epson P5370

 

Hello all! I am an adjunct professor and lab technician in the photo department at the Santa Fe Community College. We have two Epson P5370 printers that we would like to be able to use with QTR. I found instructions in a previous thread that said to use the following install command: InstallEpsonP5300=P900
When I use this command, it does find the printer but then says there is an ink mismatch, and will not install the qtr curve files. Does anyone know what the issue might be? Also anyone been able to install drivers for the P9570? Thanks!

My install command does not have Epson in it. It looks like attached.

Also, check your quad file in QTR-Curve and see if it has the correct inks listed as per the attached example with V and MK.

Thanks Chris! I mistyped that...I used the InstallP5300=900 command and it came up with that error. I will double check the quad files as that seems to be the issue.
