Is the final verdict that profiles good for the P900 might work with the P5370 and the P5370 is usable with QTR?

Richard, will you be adding the 5370 to QCDN?

I have a P900 VDB (MAC) profile attached that is quite effective if someone wants to test it with the P5370 if that in fact is possible.

I have it in my wishlist at BnH because it is out of stock, but I will need to test it before I change the P900s in the school lab to P5370s.

Maybe someone who has one can screen shot the ink cartridge row and send to the list and I can screenshot my P900.

It’s a (gasp) $2900 commitment on my part to buy one so trying to see if there is enough in the school budget at the end of the fiscal year to purchase at least one now.

I would pay for it for myself IF it works with QTR. If it doesn’t work I’ve wasted three grand.

Not to mention trying to find someone who can lift 115 lb and bring it into my dimroom!!

Just print out a negative of it and see if it “looks” normal and prints within bounds of normal for you…

I do dilute my new cyanotype to 200 ml from 100 ml because it prints smoother and faster and doesn’t splotch. And I use 2 drops Tween per ml solution. AND I do a very thin coat on the paper and humidify the paper for 20 before exposure. But that’s cuz I live in MT…

I could also send you a negative printed on the P900 w this profile.

But right now I’m more interested in if the P5370 “behaves” in which case then I’d buy one and redo profiles which I assume may only need tweaking from the P900.
