Richard Garnett The three most likely things that could be wrong are: 1) With Jaguar (OS X 10.2) you need the ghostscript package. This is a separate download -- see ReleaseNotes. 2) Jaguar has a problem using custom paper sizes. Use the next larger builting size and adjust margins accordingly. 3) Printing at 2880 does not work. The profiles are all for 1440 so you ought to use that resolution. If it's not obviously one of these, run the DiagnosticScript and email the output to me. That will likely have the answer.
