I think QnetGateway currently allows for three D-Star modules... A,? B, and C. What are the chances of getting more? I have four hotspots at home. Currently no way to run QnetGateway on all of them because of this limitation.

This is a very low-priority wish. As I mentioned, I have four Raspberry Pi hotspots. I decided to run three on QnetGateway and one on DOH. So all is good.
It would be a lot of work to expand the number of modules in QnetGateway. It's pretty much hard coded into the gateway and the link program.
I am considering a big rewrite of QnetGateway that as designed will be a single program, tentatively called DGate. See the attached pdf for an illustration of how I'm thinking about the C++ class structure hierarchy.
